Our focus is to understand the reaction autoproteolytical and aggregation behavior at the molecular level. Structure-function relationships for refolding, autocleavage and aggregation should be established. This project is part of a program for industrial production of polypeptides and proteins.

A PhD Commonwealth Scholarship in biochemistry, biophysics, or biotechnology with a focus on protein chemistry, protein folding and / or protein analysis requested. Suitable candidate must have good experimental skills of protein folding / refolding, protein analysis by HPLC / HPLC-MS and a good understanding of the structure-function relationship of proteins. PhD Fellowship Commonwealth Scholarship in The Institute of Chemical Engineering

The Commonwealth Scholarship aim of the thesis is to show that energy-efficient LED lighting can replace conventional lighting systems used in greenhouses. The goal is to show that plants produced in the LED lights or similar plants, even better than traditionally.Appointment product as a PhD student for three years.
